This Privacy Policy does not apply to information of any kind that we collect by means or from sources other than those specified herein.

SMS and Mobile Messaging Policy

EccaNova, LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who interact with us via SMS or mobile messaging. The following terms apply to all text messaging communications:

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

Information Received From Data Sources: We may also acquire information about Audience Members from our Customers and other trusted data sources. Automatically-Collected Information: We automatically collect certain information that your browser sends when visiting websites in general, including Log File Information such as URLs visited, IP address, date and time of visits, and browser/platform information. Use of Information We Collect

We use the information we collect to respond to your requests, resolve problems, maintain your account, and provide our Services to our Customers including to measure or understand the effectiveness of our Services, provide our Website to you, improve our offerings, and create new services.

How We Share Your Information

Accountability for Onward Transfer

The Website is hosted and the Service is provided in the United States of America. Personal Information we collect or receive may be stored or processed within our organization and by our vetted service providers and subcontractors, in accordance with applicable data privacy laws. Such service providers are engaged solely to support our delivery of services and are contractually prohibited from using your information for any other purpose.
